Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to organize the warehouse and ensure materials for production and finished goods for distribution are available on time. You will use ERP to request materials and support teams in meeting schedules.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, returns organization, FIFO lot tracking, receiving POs, supervising a transportation crew, coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain, safe forklift operation, and adherence to GMP and safety

Qualifications

Experience operating an ERP system for inventory management.
Experience in warehouse inventory and cycle counts.
Ability to operate a forklift safely.
Willingness to work holidays occasionally.

Responsibilities

Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP.
Conduct cycle counts as directed by supervisor or director.
Organize and coordinate returns of leftover packaging materials.
Use FIFO when pulling materials by a lot number.
Receive and process purchase orders in ERP per Compliance and Accounting needs.
Supervise small transportation team and warehouse staff.
Communicate with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams regarding non-conforming product.
Execute inventory transactions in ERP as needed.
Follow safety procedures and GMP requirements; operate forklift safely.
