Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist in Little Rock, AR to maintain organized warehouse operations and supply production and distribution with materials and finished goods. You will manage ERP transactions, cycle counts, and forklift-enabled material handling.

Responsibilities include coordinating material requests, receiving POs, supervising a small transport/forklift team, and ensuring safety and GMP compliance while supporting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of inventory control experience.
• Forklift certification with 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication; self-starter and able to handle difficult situations.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and honesty.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to ensure timely delivery to manufacturing facility.
• Conduct cycle counts as directed by Inventory Supervisor or Director of Operations.
• Organize and coordinate returns of leftover packaging materials after production.
• Use FIFO when pulling materials by lot number for traceability.
• Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Receive purchase orders in ERP and process paperwork for Compliance and Accounting.
• Manage small transportation team and supervise warehouse and transport operations.
• Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams regarding non-conforming product and urgent matters.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP as needed.
• Operate a forklift safely and proficiently.
• Adhere to safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Willingness to work holidays occasionally due to production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
