Innova Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for a full-time contract role in Chelmsford, MA. You will enter, track, and analyze inventory and be the main contact for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience, experience with UPS/FedEx tracking, and forklift certification. You will support reports, maintain logs, handle receipts, and assist customers and vendors while working

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping tracking; international shipping preferred.
• Forklift certification ability required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, and analyze all product and materials; point of contact for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Support daily distribution and processing of reports as directed by the Manager.
• Maintain and update the equipment and product tracking log.
• Manage electronic receipts of equipment/product upon arrival.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.

• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all inventory.
• Pull inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance of equipment.

Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator.

Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 3+ months with possible extension. Location: 199 Riverneck Rd Suite A, Chelmsford, MA 01824. Shift: Hours 7 am-3 pm, somewhat flexible.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for entering, tracking, and analyzing all product and associated materials, and is the point of contact for all warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by the Manager
• Maintain and update the equipment and product tracking log
• Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives
• Manage warehouse functions, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
• Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets
• Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment
• Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assist customers, clients, and related vendors as needed

Skills and Abilities

• Can comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral), both internally and externally
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
• Can balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Can work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
• Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping tracking, and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
• Can pass and complete internal forklift certification

Pay Range and Benefits

• Pay Range*: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
• *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
