Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Midlothian, TX facility. You will handle inventory activities, verify and forward purchase orders, and manage receiving and shipping of parts and supplies.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize work, and strong customer service skills. APICS, CPSM or Six Sigma certifications are preferred, along with Oracle/eAM experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• APICS, CPSM, Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Oracle and eAM experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills in English.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Verifies purchase requisitions and clarifies items.
• Forwards inventory items by verifying stock and scheduling delivery.
• Prepares purchase orders with specifications and pricing.
• Obtains items by sending orders to suppliers and expediting.
• Verifies receipt and resolves shipment discrepancies.
• Forwards receiving documentation to authorize payment.
• Keeps documents sorted and filed for accessibility.
• Provides purchasing planning information by data analysis.
