• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse leadership to identify staffing needs and coordinate interviews.
• Serve as first contact for employee concerns and promote engagement programs.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and support leave management.
• Support safety trainings, leadership development, and performance reviews.
• Administer benefits enrollment, HR metrics, and payroll support.
