• Experience in HR administration, onboarding, payroll or employee relations.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information with professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks for site leadership and HR team.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate associate records and update HRIS records.
• Serve as point of contact for HR questions on policies, benefits, PTO, and employment matters.
• Assist management with employee relations, documentation, and escalation as needed.
• Support recruiting activities including interview coordination and pre-employment processes.
• Assist with attendance tracking and personnel records maintenance.
• Support payroll administration by reviewing data and coordinating corrections.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Assist with training coordination and compliance programs.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation; collaborate on engagement and retention initiatives.
