URBN is seeking a dedicated Group Lead to oversee a shift-based warehouse team at the Levittown site (2401 Green Ln, Levittown, PA 19057). The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and safeguarding efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will motivate staff, manage workloads across the team, and ensure all SOPs and quality standards are met while maintaining a positive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of equivalent job experience; team building and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all associates.
• Maintain SLAs for the designated area.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the designated area.
• Support the development of employees in the designated area.
• Promote, develop, and sustain an efficient workflow within the department.
• Create a positive work environment and develop ownership in the department with professionalism and integrity.
• Oversee the quality of production activities.
• Audit department processes to ensure all team members follow SOPs.
• Interact with management and cross-functional employees to resolve issues affecting operations.
