Job summary

MillerKnoll in Michigan is seeking an organized inventory associate to support production needs by receiving, stocking, and issuing parts. You will also run cycle counts, manage reorder reports, and help maintain a Lean 5S workspace to ensure inventory accuracy and timely supplies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Maximo, and strong communication skills. AWP and Hi-Lo licenses are a plus; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in Maximo software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be physically able to stock inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive items and stock them in correct locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Initiate and document information for emergency work orders during shift.
• Issue inventory items to customers and complete inventory transactions.
• Locate, expedite and requisition parts as required.
• Maintain Lean 5S in the work area and stockroom.
• May perform local pick-ups and deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Run automatic reorder reports and process requisitions.
• Perform other responsibilities to achieve business objectives.
