Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet language and hearing requirements for voice-activated systems.
• Ability to perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide).

Responsibilities

• Accurately select orders using voice or pick-to-light systems and palletize for shipment.
• Ensure pallet stability, shrink-wrap, and proper pallet ID tagging.
• Operate power equipment after certification and follow safety rules.
• Keep work area clean and participate in team meetings.
