Job summary

The role requires 5 years of industrial management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining high operational performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Proficient PC skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Implements the business plan for assigned area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determines corrective actions.
• Monitors and analyzes business reports; assists in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Maintains quality and safety standards; ensures staff training on policies and procedures.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders; coordinates duties and evaluates performance.
• Provides expert advice and guides best practices to meet customer and business needs.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions.
• Models compliance with policies and ethics; promotes Open Door Policy.
