- Proven track record of continuous improvement and financial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Direct site financial performance and operational results.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent with strong leadership pipeline.
- Set performance goals aligned with business objectives and ensure accountability.
- Develop and manage financial plans supporting operational goals.
- Monitor labor productivity and financial performance to drive improvements.
- Lead cross-functional problem solving with customers and teams.
- Coach and develop managers and hourly employees to improve performance.
