Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution facility. You will perform tasks across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and receiving, while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

You may operate a pallet jack and contribute ideas for continuous process improvements in a dynamic, metric-driven setting. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Experience with Word/Excel is a plus.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related tasks such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, or receiving.
• May operate a pallet jack to move product.
• Support safety and housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvements to the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
