Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill customer orders within an assigned distribution area. You will perform various distribution tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic English, math, and computer skills, with physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds. Prior experience is preferred, and familiarity with Word and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, saving documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp and manipulate equipment with hands.
• MS Word and MS Excel familiarity is a plus.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading.
• Operate a pallet jack to move product on occasion.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Support continuous improvements to the distribution process in group settings.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
