Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to support daily order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will perform tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining safety and accuracy in every step.

Ideal candidates have basic English communication, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are valued as part of our busy operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Experience in warehouse tasks and teamwork helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, shipping, or receiving.
• Operate a pallet jack when needed to move product.
• Support a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvements in the distribution process.
