Job summary

ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment within a distribution facility. You will perform picking, packing, shipping, and related tasks while focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires basic communication, math, and computer skills, with ability to lift up to 150 lbs occasionally. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and flexibility in scheduling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Basic English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic math and computer skills are expected.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds; flexibility in scheduling.
• Experience with Word/Excel a plus; teamwork emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping as needed.
• Operate pallet jack when required to move product.
• Support safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Engage with leads and teams to share task updates.
• Contribute ideas for improving distribution processes.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
