Job summary

The ODPGroup seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Kent, WA distribution facility. You will support daily order fulfillment, work in a safety- and productivity-driven environment, and perform tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Basic English communication skills in writing and speech.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly and move items safely.
• Basic computer skills and keyboard familiarity.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions including checking, picking, packing, or shipping.
• Operate pallet jack when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Support continuous improvements in the distribution process.
