Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily customer order fulfillment in our distribution facility. You will perform distribution-related tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, communication in English, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly (up to 150 pounds infrequently).

Qualifications

High school diploma preferred.
Basic English communication in speech and writing.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office apps.
Ability to lift 70–150 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform distribution-related functions: picking, packing, shipping, or receiving as needed.
Support order fulfillment across assigned areas in the distribution facility.
Operate pallet jack occasionally to move product safely.
Maintain safety and housekeeping; uphold quality and productivity standards.
Collaborate with supervisors and teams; communicate task progress clearly.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the distribution process.
Work in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment.
