Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily order fulfillment within assigned areas of a distribution facility. You will perform distribution tasks such as picking, packing, shipping and receiving, while demonstrating safety and productivity standards.

This role requires basic English, math, computer skills, and the ability to lift heavy weights. You may operate pallet jacks, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to continuous improvements and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with keyboard and documents.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp, and manipulate equipment with hands.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, or related tasks.
• May operate a pallet jack to move product.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety focus.
