Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in our distribution center. You will unload shipments, direct items, and prepare pallets for shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to lift 50-75 pounds, operate basic material handling equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities within our logistics team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 0-2 years experience in a distribution center; entry-level.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately; basic math.
• Familiarity with RF terminals, barcode scanners, and pallet jacks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments; direct merchandise to the correct area.
• Take inventory and maintain records; reject damaged or misdirected goods.
• Label, palletize, and relocate merchandise; process documents as needed.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and prepare store supplies for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
