Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate for our distribution center. This on-demand role under the Flexible Work Program involves receiving shipments, stocking and moving inventory, and preparing items for shipment.

Shifts are assigned based on business needs, with a minimum of four shifts per 30 days to remain active. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can lift 50-75 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work safely in a warehouse

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
• Basic reading/understanding of English.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments; verify against bills of lading and packing slips.
• Take inventory and document discrepancies; reject damaged or misdirected goods.
• Move and palletize merchandise using forklifts and hand carts.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and store supply orders; prepare for shipment.
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with OSHA standards.
