Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, picking, packing, and loading duties in a fast-paced distribution center. You will verify shipments, move merchandise, and update inventory records while maintaining safety standards.

The role involves standing, walking, and operating material handling equipment, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork to support timely store replenishment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of distribution center experience; entry-level.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately to complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments; direct merchandise to the appropriate area.
• Take inventory; check quantity and maintain records of goods received.
• Identify, label and palletize merchandise; relocate as needed and relabel if necessary.
• Receive and process UPS inbound shipments and supply orders; pick store supplies for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Move merchandise using hand tools or forklift equipment.
• Verify order accuracy, wrap merchandise, and load into trailers with documentation.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/MSDS compliance in daily duties.
