Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate to perform receiving, inventory, and loading duties in our distribution center. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency while moving goods to staging and outbound trailers.

This role requires ability to lift 50-75 pounds, read and follow instructions, and operate basic warehouse equipment. UPS inbound processing and cycle counts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years distribution center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Read, speak and understand English at a basic level.
• Ability to count accurately and perform basic math.
• Ability to take initiative to correct issues and support team effort.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, direct merchandise to the correct area and check against bills of lading.
• Take inventory and maintain records; reject damaged or misdirected goods.
• Identify, label, palletize, and relocate merchandise; re-label as needed.
• Process UPS inbound shipments and prepare store supplies for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
