Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to participate in daily customer order fulfillment within an assigned area of our distribution facility. This role requires safety awareness and proficiency in multiple distribution tasks such as order filling, shipping, and receiving, in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic English communication skills, and the ability to lift 70–150 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable navigating documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and receiving.
• May operate a pallet jack to move products as needed.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Interact with supervisors and teams to complete assigned tasks and improve processes.
• Support continuous improvements to the distribution process in a group setting.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
