Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform order fulfillment and related distribution tasks in a fast-paced facility in Buford, GA. The role requires basic English communication, math skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving/returns, shipping, and daily collaboration with supervisors and teams. Prior warehouse exposure and a willingness to work flexible hours are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) expected.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related tasks such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, or shipping as assigned.
• Operate a pallet jack when needed to move products.
• Support safe work practices through housekeeping and safety adherence.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about tasks and progress.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements in a group setting.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
