Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho, is hiring a Night Fulfillment Clerk to finish warehouse production and support next-day operations. The role involves following safety policies, selecting orders, loading/unloading, stocking, and inventory control.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm–2:30am with potential overtime; pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus bonuses, and benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, health plans, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Experience of working in a distribution warehouse a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products of various weights.
• Ability to use an electronic scanner and technology.
• Occasional overtime to meet order demands.
• Must be able to comprehend policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety policy and procedure across the warehouse.
• Order Selector- picking various stock to fill customer orders.
• Loading- timely and accurate loading of product and produce into outbound trucks.
• Receiving- timely and accurate unloading of product and produce from inbound truck.
• Stocking- safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of product in the warehouse.
• Inventory- performs counting of products to ensure items are accurately stored and stocked.
• Use scanning devices and technology to ensure the proper tracking of product.
• Pass qualifications to operate company equipment in the warehouse (forklift, bailer, cutters, etc.)
• Regularly communicates with Leads, Supervisors, & Managers.
• Perform other duties and work in other areas as assigned.
