Job summary

Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is hiring Fulfillment Loading Clerks to ensure timely loading of products into delivery trucks. You will verify quantities and quality and operate loading equipment in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

This full-time role offers shift work (4 days a week, 10–12 hours) with overtime potential, overtime flexibility, and bonus opportunities. Applicants must be 18+ and able to lift 70+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or large facility preferred.
• Experience loading or unloading product preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Full-time employees must be able to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load bananas in outbound trucks.
• Load outbound trucks/routes in order of delivery schedule.
• Free stack most products into trailers.
• Operate loading equipment as needed.
• Operate motorized equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, rider, Sky Jack).
• Use scanner to track product as it is loaded.
• Physically inspect products for quality before loading onto trucks.
• Keep trucks and loading area clean and organized.
• Other warehouse duties assigned.
