Briotech is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to lead warehousing and fulfillment across our manufacturing operations in the Seattle area. You will own inventory custody from receiving through production staging to outbound shipment, driving efficient material flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse ops or logistics.
• Experience leading warehouse in manufacturing/distribution.
• Understanding of receiving, inventory movement, shipping, cycle counts.
• Experience improving layout and material flow.
• Experience with OTIF and KPIs.
• Experience with ERP/WMS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse operations across receiving, storage, production staging, and outbound shipping.
• Maintain organization, FIFO, traceability, and safe handling.
• Own cycle count and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage custody of materials and offsite storage capacity.
• Coordinate outbound shipping, fulfillment, and carriers.
• Drive OTIF, cost, and scorecards.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team.
• Partner with planning, quality, PMO, and operations.
