Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Associate to support the fastest delivery operation at multiple sites within 10 miles of the primary operations site. You will help develop a high-performing team, manage operations, and ensure safety and quality in a busy retail warehouse environment.

You will lift up to 49 pounds, work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, and collaborate with delivery partners to maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office products and applications experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, and customer delivery promises.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training in system and equipment knowledge and quality training.
• Provide feedback and assist associates in solving issues; manage breaks and lunches.
• Maintain a key to the site and open/close following procedures.
• Handle products including produce, meat, seafood, and alcoholic beverages.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners for smooth operations.
