Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead on-site operations in Seattle, guiding drivers, associates, and contractors to meet daily plans. You’ll manage labor, monitor safety, and ensure accurate package routing through Fetch processes.

You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to execute plans, coach staff, and uphold the Fetch standard while delivering an outstanding resident experience daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/logistics
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to operate under safety standards and OSHA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and verify security
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate daily goals
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates and drivers
• Train staff on Fetch SOPs and ensure SOP compliance
• Coordinate with independent contractors and onboarding
• Utilize Fetch WMS to monitor workflow and report KPIs
• Maintain access control and respond to incidents
• Resolve customer experience tickets and escalate as needed
• Model safety culture and maintain a clean work environment
• Serve as on-site contact for residents/vendors
• Identify and drive operational improvements
