Job summary

Landis+Gyr is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, safety, and efficiency in our Kirkland-based facility. You will guide the warehouse team, ensure accurate shipping/receiving, and maintain orderly processes while aligning with QEHS standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating device setups with RF Techs and subcontractors, supporting cycle counts, and driving continuous improvement in material handling and layout. APICS CLTD certification is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/inventory environment
• Experience leading a team
• APICS CLTD certification
• Excellent analytical, technical, communication, and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff to achieve high performance in quality and efficiency.
• Perform shipping/receiving tasks for outgoing and incoming products and RMAs.
• Maintain organized warehouse per procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate and validate setup of outgoing devices with RF Techs and subcontractors.
• Ensure QEHS compliance and report metrics.
• Organize and track RMA shipments and returns.
