Job summary

Talentify is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage end-to-end fulfillment, inventory control, and fleet oversight across a Service Center. You will drive throughput, improve workflows, and ensure fast, accurate delivery to support field and center operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a distribution center fleet environment, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to scale with growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years distribution center fleet experience.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS).
• Experience overseeing fleet operations, vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, or asset management preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fulfillment ops including receiving, inventory control, packing, and shipping.
• Partner with the Procurement Team to ensure the most cost-effective pricing is achieved.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and reliable delivery of items to support field and center execution.
• Establish and maintain workflows that drive throughput, reduce cycle time, and eliminate operational friction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and performance-driven warehouse environment.
• Oversee fleet management and vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for vehicle maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement with KPIs across warehouse and fleet operations.
