Job summary

Briotech, a Seattle-based science-driven manufacturer, is seeking a Supply & Materials Planning Manager to lead material planning, inventory optimization, and operational procurement across its manufacturing operations.

You will translate forecasts into actionable plans, manage supplier relationships, monitor stock levels and lead times, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Translating demand forecasts into material, inventory, and purchasing requirements.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, and supplier lead times.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and related business systems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate risks and optimize planning tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved forecasts into finished goods plans and inventory targets.
• Develop forward-looking supply plans for materials and packaging components.
• Monitor days of supply, safety stock, lead times, and shortages.
• Partner with Production Planning to support schedules.
• Own inventory optimization and reorder parameters.
• Oversee PO execution and supplier performance.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for inventory health and supply risk.
