Job summary

JORI Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and North American transportation activities. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and enhance customer service throughout order fulfillment process.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and freight coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
• Arrange and coordinate LTL, FTL, and courier shipments across North America.
• Prepare outbound shipments and documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS and transportation systems.
