Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, customer support, brokerage support, or supply chain.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with business systems and data entry.
• Experience with transportation management systems; Alvys experience is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and load execution across trucking and logistics operations.
• Assist with pickups, deliveries, appointments, and shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate information in the transportation management system and related documents.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding load status.
• Support KPI visibility related to service, utilization, documentation, and execution.
