Job summary

ES3, LLC is hiring for a forklift operator role focusing on reach truck operations in a warehouse environment. You will transport merchandise, manage inventory with handheld devices, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hi Lo forklift to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Track inventory using handheld computer and tech tools.
• Stack, rotate and replenish stock to meet orders.
• Stage finished product in designated areas and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols and wearing PPE as required.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in team activities.

Position Overview

As a FTA Incentive Lift Operator , you will transport merchandise to, from, and within the warehouse to put away, drop down, and rotate full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up forklift.

Job Description

• Earn $19 per hour - Plus incentive pay when you graduate training!
• Day Shift - 630am start until done
• 4 day work week - multiple schedules available
• Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a Hi Lo forklift (Reach Truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
