Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for the day shift (6am–2pm) at our Aurora, IL facility. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move freight, stock, and prepare orders while following GMP and safety policies.

Responsibilities include locating storage slots, replenishing pick slots, performing safety checks, and completing paperwork at shift end. Prior warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 90 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; lift up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Must be able to work required overtime and pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsabilités

• Locates proper storage slots and sets pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items per next day’s work orders.
• Rotates stock to front of rack and removes outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Secures equipment and completes all necessary paperwork at end of shift.
