Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to move and stock goods across our distribution center. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck, ensuring accurate placement and safe handling of products, while supporting efficient order fulfillment and inventory control.

Responsibilities include locating slots, recording locations, replenishing stock, rotating inventory, and maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items.
• Enter product data and location into the system.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock items.
• Rotate dated stock to the front and remove outdated inventory as policy.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and report unsafe conditions.
