Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience operating Crown equipment: Pallet Rider, Double Pallet, Order Picker, or Reach Truck.
• Ability to pass a written forklift assessment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products.
• Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship customer orders with scanners and WMS.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• Support general warehouse functions by keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Collaborate with team members, work overtime when needed, and complete additional duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment, including pallet riders, double pallets, order pickers, and reach trucks, to efficiently move, load, unload, and store products throughout the warehouse.

• Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship customer orders, ensuring inventory is correctly tracked using scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals.

• Support general warehouse functions by keeping work areas clean and organized.

• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shifts.

• Collaborate with team members, work overtime when needed, and complete additional assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing or distribution.

• Candidates must have experience operating at least one of the following types of Crown Equipment:

  • Pallet Rider
  • Double Pallet
  • Order Picker
  • Reach Truck

• Ability to pass a written Forklift Assessment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.

• Capable of working at heights and lifting up to 35 pounds comfortably.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills.
