Adecco US, Inc. in Southaven, MS is hiring a Lead Forklift Driver for the 3rd shift. You will lead and support forklift operators, coordinate workflow, and ensure safe operation of equipment on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of forklift experience with leadership skills, and can manage inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift operating experience required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments.
• Ability to operate multiple types of forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support forklift operators during assigned shift.
• Operate sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate workflow and assist with daily priorities to meet production and shipping goals.
• Train and mentor new associates on safety procedures and warehouse processes.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding shift performance and operational issues.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Lead Forklift Driver (3rd Shift)

Southaven, MS

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Adecco is hiring an experienced Lead Forklift Driver for a growing warehouse operation in Southaven, MS! This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated forklift operator who has leadership experience and is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support forklift operators during assigned shift

• Operate sit-down, reach truck, cherry picker, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently

• Coordinate workflow and assist with daily priorities to meet production and shipping goals

• Train and mentor new associates on safety procedures and warehouse processes

• Monitor productivity, attendance, and compliance with company policies

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse

• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding shift performance and operational issues

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
