Job summary

Adecco is seeking a qualified Forklift Operator in Norwood, MA for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Pay is $22/hour. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and coordinating with Customer Service and Sales to relay order details.

Role requires operating forklifts and related equipment, complying with DOT/OSHA regulations, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Massachusetts posting details apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2 years driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card (CDL not required).
• Available to begin by early morning.
• Respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, store, and maintain inventory, ensuring proper placement and regular product counts.
• Support Customer Service and Sales teams by preparing and communicating order details as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain load manifests and other delivery documents, ensuring they are accurate and balanced before and after deliveries.
• Comply with all DOT and OSHA regulations and follow all company safety procedures.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering products as needed.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
