The role involves floor care, carpet maintenance, and general janitorial tasks across designated areas. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, following safety guidelines, and reporting any hazards to supervision.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift totes up to 49 pounds and objects weighing 15–25 pounds.
• Able to read safety rules and maintenance instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to supervisor.
• Follow company policies and ensure doors/windows are secure.
