A. Duie Pyle in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations and lead assigned projects. The role combines hands-on material handling with project leadership to optimize workflow and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Previous project management/leadership experience in a warehouse preferred.
• Certified training on material handling equipment; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Some Saturday morning overtime may be required.
• Lead projects as assigned by supervisor (auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions).
• Act as a main resource for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation.
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse.
• Assist Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment.
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers) as needed.
• Providing backup to Shipping Office.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership.

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our West Chester, PA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects.

Why Pyle?

• Earn $19.05 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $22.10 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.
• Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit

Floor Specialist qualifications:
