A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in West Chester, PA. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will support day-to-day operations and lead assigned projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, lock/unlock the warehouse, and coordinating with Warehouse leadership to maintain a safe, productive environment. Some overtime may be required and familiarity with forklift operations is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Certified training on material handling equipment; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as assigned by supervisor (auditing, product movement, EPA compliance).
• Act as a main resource for Warehousers seeking information on warehouse operations.
• Locking and unlocking the warehouse and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Picks orders, loads and unloads trailers as needed; provide backup to Shipping Office.
• Overtime on some Saturday mornings when required; support other duties as assigned.

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our West Chester, PA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects.

Why Pyle?

• Earn $19.05 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $22.10 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed.
• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership
