Job summary

Duie Pyle in West Chester, PA is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and lead assigned projects. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $19.05 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, increasing to $22.10 after 12 months and $26.25 after 24 months. Benefits include weekly pay, vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Warehouse processes & procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail; effective organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in a fast paced work environment
• Computer skills; Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Previous project management / leadership experience in a Warehouse environment preferred
• Certified training on various material handling equipment
• Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Picks orders, loads & unloads trailers as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership
• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
