Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist for our West Chester, PA location. The role supports day-to-day warehouse operations while leading assigned projects and ensuring accuracy and safety.

The position offers a structured day shift, overtime on some Saturdays, and opportunities to lead process improvements. Benefit highlights include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehousing processes.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate teams.
• Effective time management and strong attention to detail.
• Certified training on material handling equipment preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects assigned by supervisor or shift manager.
• Act as a main information resource for warehouse staff needing information on overall Warehouse Operation.
• Locking and unlocking the warehouse.
• Assist Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment.
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed.
• Providing backup to Shipping Office.
• Some Saturday morning overtime may be required as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership.
