A. Duie Pyle in Westfield, MA is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations and lead assigned projects.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid communication, with forklift experience and computer skills viewed favorably; competitive hourly pay and solid benefits are included.

You will collaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure safe, efficient operation and act as a primary resource for teammates on process questions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a fast paced work environment.
• Computer skills; Data entry and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Previous project management / leadership experience in a Warehouse environment.
• Certified training on various material handling equipment.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed.
• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership

Job description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our Westfield, MA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects.

Why Pyle?

Earn $20.15 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $23.20 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.
