A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Westfield, MA is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations and lead assigned projects.

The successful candidate will focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $20.15 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with increases to $23.20 after 12 months and $26.25 after 24 months. • : Experience in a fast paced work environment.

• : Previous project management / leadership experience in a Warehouse environment preferred.
• : Certified training on various material handling equipment.
• : Forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership
• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our Westfield, MA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects.

Why Pyle?

• Earn $20.15 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $23.20 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.
