A. Duie Pyle in Westfield, MA is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and lead assigned projects. The role offers a schedule of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with weekly pay via direct deposit and a competitive benefits package.

Starting pay is $20.15/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, increasing to $23.20 after 12 months and $26.25 after 24 months. Post-employment benefits include vacation, PTO, holidays, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Assisting leadership to maintain a safe work environment.
• Performs warehouse tasks such as picking, loading, and unloading when needed.
• Providing backup to the Shipping Office.

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Floor Specialist to join our team in our Westfield, MA location. The Warehouse Floor Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Warehouse while leading assigned projects.

• Earn $20.15 per hour + 1.00 Shift differential. Rate will increase to $23.20 after 12 months of employment and $26.25 after 24 months.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Some Saturday morning overtime required as needed.
• Leading projects as assigned by supervisor or shift manager (i.e., auditing, product movement, EPA compliance, display unit conversions, etc.)
• Acting as one of the main resources for Warehousers needing information related to overall Warehouse Operation
• Locking & unlocking the warehouse
• Assisting Warehouse leadership with ensuring a safe work environment
• Performs the duties of a Warehouser (picks orders, loads & unloads trailers), as needed
• Providing backup to Shipping Office
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Leadership
