Job summary

Hodge Company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support floor work direction, maintain safety, and drive efficiency in our Iowa warehouse. The role focuses on guiding tasks, sharing expertise, and optimizing warehouse processes to meet production goals.

You will develop knowledge of inventory management and material handling, while mentoring teammates and collaborating across teams to keep training materials current and aligned with best practices.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material handling.
• Mentorship: provide guidance and training to stakeholders and peers.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to update training and SOPs.
• Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
