Responsibilities

• New Employee Orientation: onboarding new warehouse staff to policies and safety.
• Training Delivery: conduct engaging sessions using hands-on, classroom, and digital tools.
• Skills Assessment: evaluate employee performance to identify improvement areas.
• Safety Compliance: emphasize safety regulations and adherence to protocols.
• Documentation: maintain records of training and certifications.
• Continuous Improvement: stay updated on best practices and warehouse tech.
• Feedback and Evaluation: gather trainee and supervisor input for adjustments.
• Shift Flexibility: be available across shifts, including weekends.
